For Founders & Sales Leaders

For founders and sales leaders responsible for a recorded phone-setting team

Your calls already contain the signal. The question is what they show when viewed together.

Recorded calls do not create direction on their own. A manager still needs to see what repeats across the submitted batch, separate a coaching question from a lead, offer, routing, qualification, booking, or process question, and choose one useful next move.

The Setter Performance Analysis turns one approved team batch of recorded calls into one evidence-based Team Performance Analysis. It is a bounded management view for the people responsible for improving the team—not a ranking, a personnel tool, a platform rollout, or a claim about future results.

team_finding_matrix.md evidence extraction
Evidence from approved batch

Timestamped wording, supplied context, and a repeated pattern across relevant usable calls.

What the evidence may support

A bounded team pattern, a call-stage observation, or a process question.

What remains outside the evidence

Tone, intent, later CRM activity, attendance, revenue, and any fact the submitted material does not establish.

The next useful action

One focused team coaching block, a manager decision, or a request to clarify the relevant process rule.

A 60-Second Manager Check

Is a team-level coaching report useful right now?

01

Can you say what repeatedly happens across your team's calls—not only what happened in one memorable conversation?

02

Can you tell whether a weak result is an execution issue, a lead or offer question, or a broken qualification, booking, handoff, or routing process?

03

Does your current review process end with one clear team coaching focus or manager decision for the next call block?

04

Can the person responsible for the team get that view without replaying the full batch themselves?

If not, more recordings alone may not create direction. A focused team analysis can make the calls you already have useful to the people responsible for the next coaching or process decision.

FINAL REPORT

Team Performance Analysis

The final report is built around the approved submitted batch and the operating context your business provides. Relevant sections can include:

  • Supported team and call-stage patterns
  • Timestamped evidence behind material findings
  • Signal-quality limitations and excluded items
  • Distinction between execution evidence and process questions
  • Qualification, booking, handoff, and follow-through evidence
  • One highest-priority team coaching block
  • Manager process questions or next actions

Report Blueprint

Before you purchase, you can inspect the complete structure of the deliverable.

Open the Team Performance Analysis Report Blueprint

The Blueprint shows the review boundary, evidence ledger, team-pattern map, execution-versus-process view, coaching block, process questions, and limits. It is a detailed template of the report you receive—not a fictional claim about your team or a client case study.

Evidence Boundary

How a useful team finding is built

Evidence from batch

Timestamped wording, supplied context, and a repeated pattern across relevant usable calls.

What it may support

A bounded team pattern, a call-stage observation, or a process question.

Outside the evidence

Tone, intent, later CRM activity, attendance, revenue, and any fact the submitted material does not establish.

Next useful action

One focused team coaching block, a manager decision, or a request to clarify the relevant process rule.

The report does not invent words, speaker roles, qualification facts, CRM actions, later attendance, vocal qualities, emotion, confidence, intent, or commercial outcomes.

Questions buyers usually ask

Clear boundaries, no sales calls

Is this for individual setter scoring or employee management?

No. The Analysis is a team-level coaching and process report. It does not deliver rep rankings, personnel recommendations, or public individual performance narratives.

Do we need to organise calls by setter?

No. Submit the approved team batch with the business context and standards the report should use. The public deliverable remains team-level.

What happens when the batch does not support a conclusion?

The report names the missing or unreliable evidence and narrows the conclusion. It does not invent a timestamp, speaker role, qualification fact, CRM action, later attendance, vocal tone, emotion, confidence, or commercial outcome.

Is this another tool, platform, or ongoing service?

No. This is one fixed, paid team report. It does not include a hosted platform, standing audio inbox, credentials, a subscription, or ongoing managed analysis.

Do we need to take a sales call first?

No. The scope, purchase, intake, production, and delivery path are designed to run asynchronously.

What is not included?

The Analysis does not include a reusable system, internal implementation materials, individual rep reports, ongoing service, or a promise of meetings, conversion rate, revenue, ramp speed, attendance, or headcount reduction.
